We ship USPS. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Houston, Tx. you will receive your package faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.
RETURN POLICY

Due to sanitary and health reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on lashes. If you receive a pair of lashes that are damaged or defective you must contact The Lash Head within 72 hours after receiving your package to be eligible for a paid return label from us! The lashes can not be altered or worn in anyway or the return will be voided.
